Your CAMPference 2026 registration includes all activities included in the regular CAMPference program, shared accommodation and meals. 

DATE: Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd May 2026
LOCATION: Golden Valleys Adventure Camp, Flinders VIC

Travel costs to and from CAMPference are at your own expense.

Please note: Optional activities outside of the regular CAMPference program may be offered prior to CAMPference that are subject too an additional charge. If you choose to participate in these you will be invoiced separately for those if applicable. These have not yet been scheduled and availability will depend on number of interested participants.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to venue (accommodation and catering) committements, the following cancellation policy applies:
100% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before Campference start date. 

50% deposit refund for cancellation 15-29 days before Campference start date. 

0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-14 days before Campference start date.

Transfer of registration:

Registrations are transferable once paid. i.e. a reigstration invoice under one person’s name, once paid, can be transferred to another person’s name.
